Transportation under the internal customs transit procedure

  • Transportation is carried out by the Group's own motor company, TRANS-BUSINESS NORTH-WEST LLC, which is included in the Single Register of Customs Carriers. The total number of both owned and leased trucks that are operated under the customs carrier license is above 500.
  • Providing consultancy with regard to the package of documents required for the transportation under the internal customs transit procedure
  • Completing customs and shipping documents (customs declarations, CMRs, TIR carnets). Due to the fact that the forwarding company and the customs carrier are part of the same holding, the members of the Customs Transit Documentation Team of Trans-Business Broker are fully authorized to represent the interests of TRANS-BUSINESS NORTH-WEST before the customs authorities, which significantly speeds up the customs clearance process
  • Customs clearance and obtaining a permit from a customs authority for the internal customs transit (release of goods).
