1994

A specialized fleet of container trucks was created and developed to operate under a customs carrier license

A forwarding service was set up and developed within the Company

1995

The Company began to offer services in container freight forwarding in ports

An operations office of the forwarding department was opened in the Area 3 of the Sea Port of St.Petersburg

The Company created an in-house service to deal with customs clearance of goods transported under the customs control

1996

The Company developed a new logistic product consisting of a package a services in port forwarding, documenting the internal customs transit and transportation of containerized cargo by the in-house customs carrier – all within the same company

The Company was engaged in the door-to-door delivery services provided by the major container lines (such as Maersk, Sea Land, OOCL) that began doing business in the Russian Federation

The Company entered the customs clearance market

1997

The customs clearance services were included into the standard package of services

Trans-Business was recognized by the North-West Customs Department as the best Russian customs carrier of the year

1999

The Customs Broker License was obtained

Trans-Business began to offer services in port forwarding and customs clearance for non-containerized cargo transported by sea in intermodal traffic

2000

The container truck fleet was upgraded; and additional Volvo tractor trucks were purchased

2002

Trans-Business became one of the top three customs brokers at the Baltic Customs by the amount of customs payments transferred to the budget

Trans-Business, in cooperation with Schenker Russia CJSC, won the tender for the door-to-door delivery of automotive components to the plant of Ford Motor Company CJSC opened in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region

Trans-Business was the first in St.Petersburg to offer services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2003

Trans-Business was one of the first companies in the Russian Federation to be included in the Single Register of Customs Brokers (with No. 09) and the Single Register of Customs Carriers in accordance with the requirements of a new Customs Code.

Trans-Business, in cooperation with National Container Service LLC, developed unique technologies for cargo handling at a terminal of the First Container Terminal CJSC

An operations office of the Company's customs clearance department was opened in the building of the customs clearance station of the Baltic Customs

2004

Trans-Business entered the multimodal transport market

The operations offices of the container freight forwarding department were opened at the two most promising and developing container terminals of the Big Port of St.Petersburg, Petrolesport LLC and Mobi Dik LLC, Kronshtadt

Trans-Business began to operate as a customs broker at the St.Petersburg Customs and the North-West Excise Customs

Trans-Business became a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Leningrad Region

2005

Trans-Business North West was recognized by the North-West Customs Department as the leading customs carrier in the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation

2006

Trans-Business became a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of St.Petersburg

Trans-Business, in cooperation with NYK Logistics, won the tender for logistics and customs brokerage services for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Russia LLC

Trans-Business was one of the first companies to introduce an electronic declaration system in cooperation with the Baltic Customs

Trans-Business began to provide charity support to the choir of veterans of the Great Patriotic War and military service named for F.M. Kozlov of the Leningrad Military District

2007

An operations office of the declaration department was opened at Shusharsky customs station, Shushary village

TRANS-BUSINESS NORTH WEST was recognized by the North-West Customs Department as the leading customs carrier in the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation

Trans-Business Broker LLC was recognized by the Expert Council in Economics and Management of the Editorial Board of the National Encyclopedia of Personalities of the Russian Federation as the Russian Economy Leader

In 2007, the Company became a member of the Russian Forwarders Association and the Association of International Road Carriers (ASMAP)

Trans-Business became a member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA)

2008

Relying on all the prior experience, Trans-Business continues to successfully provide the full range of transport and forwarding services for the transportation of containerized and bulk cargoes to all participants of foreign economic activity.

2009
